Quality Control

Quality procedures at Lorraine Press are based on our active interest and involvement in each project from its inception to its final use.

All incoming projects are reviewed. We build a plan which includes scheduling and a completeness check.

At all stages of our work, we inspect our efforts. Several people will review your proof before you see it, to ensure the proof meets our standards.

Press personnel pull sample sheets throughout the run. These are compared to the proof, and a color-OK’d sheet, and then run through a scanning spectrophotometer.

In bindery, employees inspect the paper before finishing a job to ensure only the best sheets are bound and delivered. Final inspections occur as a job is being packaged and boxed for delivery.

Our goal is to have, by reputation and result, only the highest quality product go out our door.
